Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a tracking notification once your order ships.

Estimated delivery
United States: typically 5–11 business days after processing.
European Union: typically 7–20 business days after processing.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, local holidays or an incorrect address.

Shipping costs
Available shipping methods and any applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Promotional free shipping, when offered, will be shown during checkout.

Tracking
Tracking information may take several business days to update after dispatch. If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us at luisfilipe30.sa@gmail.com with your order number.

Customs and import charges
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees required by the destination country unless checkout explicitly states that these charges are included.

Address changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.

Lost, damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photos when applicable. We will review the case under our refund and reshipment procedures.
